FAQ
Payments are made in the Zuneio app with Razorpay: a song request is paid when it is sent, and a booking takes a deposit online with the rest paid at the pub.
If a pub declines or cancels a paid request or booking, the payment is refunded in full.
Yes, with a full refund until a cut-off time set by the pub (24 hours before by default).
Zuneio takes a platform commission on paid requests and bookings, set by Zuneio. Owners see the exact split and payouts in their dashboard.
Owner payouts are bank transfers after a short hold, with a statement for each payout.
Yes, by default. Guests confirm their location or scan the table QR code. Guests with a confirmed booking can request from it, and special requests can be scheduled ahead.
